Precious Pet Care prides itself on pet caregiving that is customized to your pet's needs.  We appreciate that no two pets are alike and that every family has different needs when it comes to their pets and home.  Below is an outline of our basic services and pricing.

All Precious Pet Care appointments include the following:

  Professional and loving care of your pet(s) pursuant to our agreement for services

 Attention, love & positive interaction with your pet(s)
 
 Maintain agreed schedule for pet(s)

  Retrieval of your mail, delivered packages, flyers/ads and newspapers, if requested

  Turning of blinds and on/off light services

  Basic fish care (feeding only)

  We can even take your trash to the curb, if needed

  "Ooops" clean ups

 Contact you by text or phone to let you know
 how your furry family members are doing, if requested





Standard Visit:  Dogs and Cats

Dogs:  Minimum of 2 visits per day

Cats:  Minimum of 1 visit per day


Standard Visit Includes:

  Dog walks at your pet's pace and fitness level.  We can even walk your cats if you would like. 
Mid-day only walks are available for our busy working clients whose pets need love &
attention mid-day

  Fun interaction and playtime.  We stay at your home a minimum of 30 minutes--we enjoy your pets and will stay as long as possible to keep them company.  We have even been known to spoil your precious pet with our home-made baked treats!

  Scheduled feedings and treats (if requested).  We can also give medications, drops or supplements that your pet may require such as insulin or joint medications.

  Fresh water (tap or bottled water, depending on your preference.  Please provide bottled water if you would like us to provide it to your pet).

   Litter box cleaning/changing

Precious Pet Caregivers travel in full-sized SUV/Trucks to accommodate any emergency transportation needs that may arise for your pet.



   

Standard Visit:  Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Hermit Crabs,

Fish, Reptiles, etc.

We recommend 1 or 2 visits per day

Standard Visit Includes:

  Caregiving as requested

  Scheduled feedings and nutritional needs, vitamins, supplements &/or treats

  Fresh water, including non-chlorinated water if required (customer provides)

   Cage freshening (client provides supplies)



"Small Animal" Rate Schedule

We recommend 1 or 2 visits per day


Standard Visit Includes:

  Feeding of hay or grain as scheduled

  Fresh Water

  Supplements & vitamins

  Love and attention given to your horse

  Pasture/paddock turn out & return to stall service

  Stall freshening

  Seasonal needs (blankets on/off, fly masks)



Additional Equine Services Offered (for fee):

  Grooming (brush body, mane & tail, curry-brush body, hooves picked/checked

  On-ground exercise/round pen work/lead work
(John Lyons' Method for training followed)

Pet Caregiving Hours of Operation



Our Regular Hours for Daily Pet Caregiving Services are as follows:


        Monday-Sunday (7 days/week):  8 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Subject to Standard Charges
(We do not charge a surcharge for weekends)
        
Services Between 7 a.m. & 8 a.m. & 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.:  Standard Charges plus one-half (Time & 1/2)
        
Services Between 5 a.m. & 7 a.m. & 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.:  Standard Charges Doubled (2xs Standard Charge)
        
Services prior to 5:00 a.m. or after 10 p.m.:  Standard Charges Tripled (3xs Standard Charge)
            




Overnight Serviced Offered

$85 per overnight visit
 
(8 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)



Arrival & departure times are negotiable,

depending on your specific needs

Precious Pet Care Maintains the following "Extra Fee" Schedule

for all visits:


*  Mileage surcharge:  If we travel more than 18 miles (round trip) to your home, there will be an additional charge of 20 cents per mile.  We will discuss this with you at our initial visit based on MapQuest mileage

*  Precious Pet Care charges additional fees for the following holidays.  Please contact us for availability and pricing:
